RpC Services was founded by Mike Beaupre, an IT Strategy and Cyber Security thought leader with more than 25 years experience across a broad range of industries.
Mike has a proven track record building new organizations and leading complex international IT transformation initiatives. He has consistently delivered value and sustained long term cultural change in numerous multi-national companies and agencies.
Mike has held several strategic leadership roles including Chief Information Security Officer at Merck KGaA, Deputy Chief of Staff to the US Army Europe CIO, as well as Head of Strategic Development and Director of Continuous Improvement for the Army Network Enterprise Command.
